# Georgina Bainbridge

**How long have you been part of the Marketing Signals team, and how did you end up here?**

I have been part of the MS team for 7 years and I started as an apprentice

**What does a typical day actually look like for you?**

Create and manage my team's tasks, run and attend meetings, review my team's work and complete my own projects too.

**What do you enjoy doing outside of work?**

I'm a musician and I play as part of my community wind band, I love getting outside with my dog at the weekends and I also love to baking too, my specialty is my Focaccia bread.

**What's one thing on your bucket list?**

I'd love to master skiing, I was terrible when I last tried so I'd love to get better at it!

**What's one piece of advice you'd give someone starting out in marketing?**

In my experience, you will always learn best on the job by doing the work, so get as much experience as you can and keep learning from those around you throughout your career.

**What's the one tool or resource you genuinely couldn't work without?**

Our in house 'Tools' system is an invaluable resource that we could not work without!
