# Paige-Jordan Deacon

**How long have you been part of the Marketing Signals team, and how did you end up here?**

I started at Marketing Signals in 2022, which is crazy to think about because I don’t know where the time has gone! I saw the position online, thought it sounded right up my alley and applied… many times, haha, before luckily landing the job.

**What does a typical day actually look like for you?**

The company has created an incredible structure that allows me to start work at a time that suits me, with my day mainly involving sending emails, communicating with suppliers and placing links. It’s a role that gives me plenty of variety throughout the day.

**What do you enjoy doing outside of work?**

I’m walking and Pilates-obsessed, so anything exercise or outdoors-related, I’m in! Otherwise, you’ll probably find me on the beach trying to get 10 shades darker.

**What's one thing on your bucket list?**

Swimming with dolphins is something I’ve always wanted to do.

**What's one piece of advice you'd give someone starting out in marketing?**

Make sure you join a company that supports and guides you. Learning and taking on new tasks can be daunting, but having a great team behind you makes the whole experience so much more exciting.
