The brief
We were tasked with improving the organic rankings and sales of a well-established online tree supplier. The site already had a number of strong ranking positions for many different categories and product-related keywords.
However, what the site needed most was links into these key pages in order to help leverage the authority of the domain itself.




Our Strategy
- With over fifty types of different trees to choose from on the site, we had to ensure that we were targeting not only the categories that had ranking opportunity but also the ones that were likely to convert well. In consultation with our client we mapped out a plan as to which categories we wanted to target and when, taking into consideration seasonal demand. This was then incorporated into our overall outreach strategy in terms of which sites we wanted to target.
