The brief
Sage ran a large consolidation project to move all localised TLDs into a hreflang structure on .com.
Different internal teams guided by local agency relationships working independently in their own markets are now all working on the .com domain.
This brings great benefit from consolidated authority. It also brings a higher level of risk. This needed managing.




Our strategy
- Collate all available link data sources for every domain.
- Manually audit every domain with an active, followed link.
- Update localised disavow files within Search Console.
- Update master disavow file for .com within Search Console.
- Pull link data daily from all sources daily and re-audit monthly.
- Provide an updated disavow file monthly and regular reporting.
