About Us

We are Marketing Signals, a search marketing agency delivering performance-focused search marketing campaigns for ambitious brands around the world. Our fully remote team is made up of passionate experts who thrive on driving measurable results and pushing the boundaries of digital innovation.

The Role

As a PPC Executive, you’ll play a key role in executing and optimising paid media campaigns across search, shopping, display, and (optionally) paid social. Reporting to the Head of Client Success, you’ll be responsible for building, analysing, and refining campaigns that support the full customer journey — from acquisition through to conversion.

This is a remote-first role, offering the freedom to work from anywhere, as long as you’re available within 7am–7pm UK time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Shopping, YouTube, and GDN.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Create and deliver insight-led reports using Data Studio and other platforms to inform performance and strategic direction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Client Success and wider digital team to align campaign delivery with client objectives.
  • Innovation: Stay informed on platform changes, industry trends, and new technologies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Paid Social (not essential): Contribute to paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn (experience preferred but not essential).

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

  • 2+ years’ hands-on PPC experience, ideally in an agency or performance-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce marketing and how paid media interacts with other channels.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Shopping, Data Studio, and Google Ads.

Skills:

  • A high sense of curiosity – you’re not afraid to dig into the “why” behind performance trends
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to work towards performance metrics and budgets.
  • Confident interpreting campaign data and translating it into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with attribution models and forecasting.
  • Intermediate skills in Google Analytics and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).

Why Join Us?

  • Flexible Working: Work from anywhere in the world, as long as your schedule aligns with the UK working window.
  • Time Off: 16 days annual leave (plus UK bank holidays, Christmas, New Year, and your birthday off).
  • Professional Growth: Dedicated annual training budget to support your development.
  • Performance Bonuses: Annual bonus scheme based on personal and company performance.
  • Pension: Contributory pension scheme.
  • Team Culture: Join a supportive, forward-thinking remote team. We meet in person once a year to celebrate wins and connect in a fun location.
  • Work-Life Balance: 4-day workweek with flexible hours to support your lifestyle.

If you’re excited by performance marketing and ready to take the next step in your PPC career, we’d love to hear from you.
