Experienced B2B Marketing Manager

Experienced B2B Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and data-driven Marketing Manager to take charge of our agency’s own marketing activity. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how we showcase our expertise, grow our audience, and position ourselves as thought leaders in search marketing. If you love blending strategy with hands-on execution – and know how to get results from content, PR, and social media – this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Content & Website

  • Work closely with our content and SEO teams to create content that ranks, from lower keyword difficulty terms to bold hero pieces that earn links.
  • Develop industry round-ups and thought leadership posts
  • Launch and manage a press/media section to highlight agency press coverage
  • Reach out to industry publications to secure guest posting opportunities
  • Spot emerging trends (e.g. SEO vs GEO) and turn them into traffic-driving guides.
  • Come up with other creative content ideas that can raise our brand profile and drive qualified traffic and leads to our site.

Social Media & Community

  • Manage and grow our LinkedIn, X, and Facebook presence with posts, news, and engaging content.
  • Engage meaningfully on Reddit and Quora, sharing valuable insights that build authority and visibility.

Digital PR & Thought Leadership

  • Work with Digital PR efforts, collaborating with our PR team to generate links and tier one press coverage.
  • Pitch our team to appear on relevant industry podcasts.
  • Help us produce and promote industry reports with engaging formats and strong distribution in order to generate new business leads.

Campaigns & Collateral

  • Manage and optimise our Facebook sponsored ad campaigns.
  • Work with our email marketing agency partner and the wider team to amplify existing campaigns.
  • Support in the creation of new business slide decks, reports, and visual assets (templates, icons, charts).
  • Deliver a monthly marketing report on activities, performance, and impact.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in marketing (ideally with a digital background, agency or B2B preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media.
  • Experience with digital PR, paid campaigns, and community engagement.
  • A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Creative flair with a sharp eye for what gets attention in the digital marketing world.

Location: (remote) Salary: £36,000–£45,000 per annum DOE + Bonus + Benefits Start Date: January 2026
